ICU Glam Returns & Refunds Policy

Hey, Glam Babe! We want you to love everything you get from ICU Glam, but if something’s not vibing the way you expected, don’t stress—we’ve got you covered! Here’s the scoop on how to handle returns and refunds:

Returns:

If your ICU Glam product isn’t everything you dreamed of, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. No worries, babe, we understand! Here’s what you need to know:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We know it’s tempting, but once it’s opened, we can’t take it back.
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged or defective (which would never happen on purpose, we promise!).

Just shoot us an email at ICUglam@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll send you the deets on how to return your item. Once we get it, we’ll process your return within 5-7 business days.

Refunds:

Here’s how the refund magic works:

  • Once your return is processed and approved, we’ll send the refund back to your original payment method. 
  • It can take 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • If your refund is approved but you haven’t seen it pop up after 10 days, contact your bank first. Still not showing? Message us at ICUglam@gmail.com and we’ll help you out!

Damaged or Defective Items:

We’re all about quality, but if something arrives damaged or defective, that’s on us! If this happens, let us know ASAP at ICUglam@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right—whether that’s sending a replacement or giving you a full refund.

Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
