Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it takes us 1-5 business days to process, package, and get your order ready to ship. We want everything to be just perfect, so hang tight while we add that extra touch of glam to your package!
Shipping Rates & Options
Heads Up: Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order, so they'll vary.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide! But please note, international delivery times may vary depending on your location, and you’ll be responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking info so you can follow your glam goodies right to your doorstep. We love keeping you in the loop!
Lost or Stolen Packages
ICU Glam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or contact your local carrier. Still no luck? Reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help!
